I oversee all brand expression, visual communication, and creative production for Codina Partner’s multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolio. I lead end-to-end creative development across digital, print, environmental, and experiential platforms, producing high-impact campaigns, event branding, and community-wide marketing assets. I manage creative workflows, direct print and large-format production, maintain brand consistency across 20+ properties, and collaborate closely with executive leadership, property management, leasing teams, and external vendors. As the brand guardian for Downtown Doral, I develop streamlined systems, guidelines, and visual strategies that elevate the presence, storytelling, and overall creative quality of the community.​

Developed and implemented effective online marketing strategies for over six social media channels. Designed visually appealing posts to generate brand awareness and sustain audience interest. Produced packaging and graphic content, edited photo and video content, and conducted photoshoots to create engaging social media material. Analyzed data, defined key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize content and engagement, and conducted audience research to determine preferences and market trends.

Post-produced a commercial for The College of New Jersey which aired on live TV. Wrote a :10- second radio ad for Valley Hospital and it aired on WCBS. Wrote and published numerous blogs.
